“We had Wilber's painted the exterior of the entire house in late summer 2019. Their team manager, is excellent. He met with us, walked around the house to explain how they will handle the job and gave us recommendations. When we saw that carpentry work was needed to replace damaged wood siding and he column base, he bought in the carpentry guy another day to evaluate and gave us a specific price for the carpentry works. The team manager answered our questions and explained the process the us.

The team moved the job smoothly and quickly. The carpentry team replaced/repaired the wood works as we discussed and then the painters finished the paint job quickly and professionally. The team manager sent us photos of the works finished that day to show us the progress. He called us to clarify any issues before the team go ahead. When we pointed out some missed spots during the final walk thru to check the job, he had the painter walk with us around the house to take note of the issues and promptly addressed them.

We were happy with the final product, but equally important is that we worked with a professional team to make the process less stressful."
